Air Chas will not carry hazardous materials other than those allowed by regulations for the personal use of passengers and crew. These are similar to those carried by major airlines; an excellent illustrated list is provided at www.faa.gov/packsafe.
Air Chas will not carry wheelchairs, nicotine dispensers (vaping materials) of any kind, self-inflating safety devices, or fuel cell engines.
The following are only partial lists. If you have specific needs, C Brown will investigate whether you can be accommodated safely and legally.
Carry On. Passengers MAY carry these items in the passenger cabin.
Batteries installed in portable electronic devices.
Non-flammable aerosols.
Toiletry & medicinal articles.
One packet of matches.
One Zippo-style lighter.
Implanted pacemakers and radio-pharmaceuticals.
Alcoholic beverages in unopened retail containers -- up to 5 liters.
Small personal mercury thermometer (in a case).
Dry ice -- up to 5 lb in a vented container.
Baggage Bays. These items MAY be carried in baggage in the baggage bays.
Small spare batteries for electronics. These batteries must be disconnected and protected against shorting.
Small engines, with all fuel drained and no batteries (e.g., chains saw).
